Mathilde Hugbart et Robin Kaiser are leading a new international research project on the quantum transport of light and cold matter, due to start in 2025.
Mathilde Hugbart and Robin Kaiser submitted an IRP (International Research Project) application to CNRS Physique at the beginning of the year. This project, entitled Quantum transport of light and cold matter (QuaLiCo), has been accepted and will start in 2025 for a period of 5 years. It brings together three French laboratories (INPHYNI in Nice, LPL in Villetaneuse and ISIS in Strasbourg) and three Brazilian universities (UFSCAR and IFSC in São Carlos and UFPE in Recife). This project will consolidate and develop collaboration between the two countries on the theme of quantum transport of light and cold matter.
